This wonderfully executed clock set is raised on fine toupie shaped feet beneath the bases decorated with dark blue plates framed within a beaded ormulu trim centered by highly decorative central weedgwood medaillons.
Each outsanding candelabra features a beautifull winged mermaid figure with scrolling ancathus lower body holding the central spirally-flutted stem issuing branches and berries leadind up to the eight arms above displaying superb rinceaux shaped scrolled movements adorned with ancathus leaves finishing in lovely foliate candle cups.
The clock is surmounted by a flower filled antique urn flanked to the sides by four ram’s head joned by delicate chains.
The case is centered by a remarkable enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and gracefully pierced hands signed
